Explanation:
   type = model.
   nummer = tractor number.
   pk = engine power in DIN-hp (13 DIN-hp = 15.8 SAE-hp).
   motor + nummer = engine + -number.

   s = series (not with all models, numbers according to parts lists numbers);
   jaar = year.

   t = condition: 1=restorated;
                  2=in working condition;
                  3=minor defects;
                  4=major defects;
                  5=used for parts;
                  x=location unknown, or scrapped.
   k = original colour: g=green, with red wheels;
                        r=red, with yellow wheels.
   werktuig =tool fitted.
   land=country: NL = Netherlands;
                  D = Germany;
                  B = Belgium;
                USA = United States of America.
                  N = Norway
                  L = Luxemburg
                  A = Austria

   fabr.=factory: B=Bungartz, Munich, Germany;
                  BP=Bungartz&Peschke, Hornbach, Germany.
   eigenaar = owner (previous owner). Machines with the code
              MH... belong to M. Hooijberg.

Translation:
  hakenfrees       = rotary cultivator with spring tines;
  messenfrees      = rotary cultivator with rigid tools;
  ploeg            = plough, plow;
  alleen motor     = engine only;
  spuitwagen       = trailer with tank and high pressure pump;
  rolbezem         = rotating brooms;
  maaibalk         = mower (cutting bar);
  riemaandrijving  = power take-off;
  spitmachine      = spader;
  spitfrees        = spading cultivator

Of course, people who do not like their personal data being published in the Register,
can have just the numbers of their machinery being inserted (without name). This also
means that their adresses are not given to others, without prior permission.
